When TUI Cruises entered the market with MEIN SCHIFF (my ship) in September 2008, the new cruise operator had already implemented DaVinci in record time. Five more cruise ships now sail under the TUI Cruises flag. In the background, DaVinci manages capacities and cabins and answers up to 200 parallel requests from the many connected frontends on busy days.
The special cruise player, based on OTDS, supplies data to the IBE quickly and easily, forming an essential element in the digitalisation of business processes.
