The EU Package Travel Directive comes into effect on 01.07.2018 and places great demands on you. In DaVinci we provide you with the necessary tools. In version 1079, which will be released for production in the second half of May, exclusively programmed functions will be available free of charge.

With the new guideline, you as a tour operator must fulfill a separate duty of information before concluding the contract. The „form document“ and the „pre-contractual information“ can be retrieved via links from DaVinci, with every successful booking request.

Your customer can confirm the receipt of these documents on his smartphone or PC with his “digital signature”, and thus acknowledge before the actual conclusion of the contract. DaVinci also provides a solution for country entry requirements: in conjunction with the provider PASSOLUTION, all relevant data is loaded dynamically.

The features are available for all booking channels: myJACK, Toma, CETS and via the G1 Action web service.
