Travel agencies working with BEWOTEC’s myJACK software can now also provide their customers in Switzerland with comprehensive advice on their next ocean or river cruise using the Cruise Compass consulting tool and book it for them in the local currency, the Swiss franc.

Cruise Compass, which is also integrated into myJACK in Germany and Austria, offers valuable content and helpful functions. To use it comprehensively, the travel agency must first sign a contract with the operator xmlteam from Hamburg. This can be done conveniently from within myJACK.

In addition to the cruises packages of the ocean carriers also arbitrary flights and transfers can be checked for vacancy and be dynamically packaged together. The departure times of the ships and the transfer times are hereby taken into account accordingly.

The prices are displayed in Swiss francs and in many cases, together with the travel data, are transferred directly to the booking mask myCRS from BEWOTEC. For cruise lines not yet connected to myJACK, a booking option can be created in the booking tool of the cruise line. For doing so, the ID of the travel agency must be stored in Cruise Compass.

Test accesses can now be applied for at xmlteam for 60 days free of charge. After that, myJACK customers benefit from a special price of only CHF 29.00 per agency and month; the billing is done via BEWOTEC.
