Those customers who would like to extend an event-attendance into a short trip can now also book overnight stays in a hotel at the event location with EVENTIM.Travel. The technical solution for this is provided by BEWOTEC with its cloud-based flexHub. The Hub dynamically adds available hotels for the selected date and location from the EVENTIM portfolio of several hundred hotels.

Hotel-only services from the same contingent are also marketed via the EVENTIM.Travel brand, but even more practical for the customer is the new, dynamic integration of hotel offers into the online booking section of an event on eventim.de. A teaser below the date- and location-specific event information points out the option of adding a hotel to the ticket with the lowest available price. After the customer has selected the desired event ticket, a hotel can be chosen: The offers are displayed informatively with photos and HolidayCheck ratings in list form as well as in a map including the distance to the event location. Of course they may be filtered. With just a few clicks, the ticket and hotel and, if necessary, further services such as cancellation insurance or shipping options can be added to the virtual shopping cart. After the customer logs in, all services are booked and paid for in one process via the BEWOTEC booking service. The necessary information for ticket fulfillment is transmitted to CTS EVENTIM, the hotel reservations to the respective providers.
